Brian Hermosilla — Director and Credit Representative #485802. Brian leads complex residential and investment lending scenarios, including portfolio restructures and high-net-worth clients across Melbourne’s north and inner-west.
Frank Marin — Director and Credit Representative #486546. Frank specialises in commercial and business lending, asset finance and SMSF lending, with deep experience across construction and development funding.

- We’ve been based in Coburg North since 2015, with our directors bringing 30+ years of combined finance experience across major banks, second-tier lenders and specialist non-bank funding.
- Are you accredited with the major banks?
- Yes. We hold accreditations with 30+ lenders including CBA, Westpac, NAB, ANZ, Macquarie, ING, Bankwest, Suncorp and a range of specialist non-bank lenders. The right lender depends on your scenario, not our preference.
- What does ‘boutique’ mean for a finance firm?
- It means our directors stay personally involved in every client engagement. You won’t get handed off to a junior. You’ll work directly with Brian Hermosilla or Frank Marin from initial consult through to settlement and beyond.
- Do you charge clients fees?
- In most cases, no. We’re paid commission by the lender when your loan settles, and we disclose those commissions in writing before you sign. Where a fee is appropriate (some commercial or complex scenarios), we agree it upfront.
- Where is your office?
- Unit 7 / 2–6 Norris Street, Coburg North VIC 3058. We meet clients in person by appointment, and also offer phone and video consultations Australia-wide.
