IFG has been part of Melbourne's north-west since January 2016 — not as a shopfront brand, but as locals. Our office is in Coburg North, our directors and team live and work in the communities we lend in, and most of our clients arrive the way community business always has: someone we helped told someone they care about.
How we show up
Our community contribution is practical: financial literacy for local families and first home buyers (start with our free calculators and plain-English guides); honest advice for local business owners, whether or not a loan follows; and standing support for the professionals — accountants, conveyancers, agents — who serve the same streets we do. We'd rather be the firm that told you the truth early than the one that sold you something quickly.
Local involvement
We're active supporters of community life across Melbourne's inner north and north-west.
